About Julie Gezella

Hello. I'm Julie Gezella. I've lived in New Braunfels since 2013. I've been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1990. As a sales agent, I made Rookie of the Year my first year. And consistently ranked in the top 1% of the company until my decision to become a manager of a National real estate firm in 2003. Managing four Coldwell Banker offices in two states, four cities, I helped coached many sales associates to their success, as well as increased office branch production. In 2018 I returned to my original passion "listing and selling". Achieving my Luxury Collection Specialist and Certified New Home Specialist Designations, Certified Senior Residential Specialist. National Berkshire Hathaway Honor Roll for sales production in 2019. In 2020, 2021 and 2022, achieved the Leading Edge award, making up 10% of the BHHS associates in the nation. Serving on the Four Rivers Professional Standards Committee for Realtor ethics. Member of Habitat for Humanity Homebuyer Committee.
